"At first it was just a crazy idea, now it's a real sport. Marc-André Ocklenburg from Bredeney is world champion in backwards running. He needs 47 minutes for 10 kilometers. He told  us how he came to the sport and that you actually do not have to repeatedly look around while running backward.
